    The exercises in this course have provided me with a deeper understanding of the key principles of achieving a state of mental stillness and clarity. Sean explains, in exemplary detail, various techniques you can easily master and employ to discipline your mind and potentially quiet the inner mental chatter associated with anxiousness, worry, and uneasiness. Between breath control techniques, tips on posture, points within the body to focus your awareness on, and visualization exercises, the tools offered in this course have benefited me in several ways. Not the least of which is assisting me in achieving success in my Telekinesis practice. I highly recommend this course, to anybody looking into meditation practice, or anybody just trying to grab a hold of their own intrusive or otherwise bothersome thoughts. It's a great help!
